Elderly Care

Age UK

Information and advice for elderly people and carers. Age UK are on the front line helping to support the most vulnerable during the Coronavirus pandemic.

A national helpline for older people providing advice, friendship and support 24/7.

The Body Coach has many exercises to help people during the crisis, including virtual PE lessons for kids.

The British Association of Dietitians

The BDA have put together a helpful list of tips and FAQ for maintaining a healthy diet during the Coronavirus pandemic.

NHS Gym-Free Workouts

The NHS website has links to a number of innovative gym free workouts that you can do at home.

This national bereavement charity have opened a national helpline for those affected by bereavement during the Coronavirus outbreak.

Grief Encounter

Grief Encounter operate a national helpline, web chats and e-counselling for those coping with bereavement. They specialise in helping children and young people.

Papyrus have set up a 24/7 Hopeline for young people feeling depressed or suicidal.
